Using the contract checklists

These contract checklists are designed to address key specific areas of an artist's practice and to aid the discussion and negotiation involved in planning specific projects.

Each contains a number of headings and questions for artists to research and consider within discussions with their professional collaborators. In this way, the checklists can act as a comparator document against contracts provided by others, to identify the areas where specific negotiation needs to take place.
